Our property is located on a corner lot with several beautiful towering live oaks. Kick off your flip flops and sip a cocktail under the covered patio while enjoying the Southernly breeze.
You will be within walking distance to dining, local bars, shopping, tours, golf cart rentals, historical sites, public piers, bait stands and the public boat ramp is less than a 1/2 mile from the driveway. The entrance to Rockport Beach is about 2.5 miles from the property.
The home was completely remodeled in 2022 and comes with a fully stocked kitchen and custom appliances. Both bedrooms come with hypoallergenic memory foam mattresses. There are flat screen smart TV's in the living room and both bedrooms, each has full cable. Wireless internet throughout the home.
